My World Plans

I think people need to take better care of our world. Here are some ideas to make the world a better place to live.

• Reuse, Reduce, Recycle!
• Make a bird feeder out of anything you can.
• Be nice to EVERYONE you meet. ( No matter how bossy!)
• Pick up your trash.
• Put down the computer and go outside. ( Here I go!)

I can make any kind of cookie. Cake, the Double Chocolate Cake has to be my favorite.

For pies I reccomend Cherry. Blueberry is a delight also. And Lemon Shortbread is perfect for a summer afternoon.

Friday Snowday

The snowday on Friday was a big one. We had alot of our friends come over. Here are the names of all the people that came over.Katie, Victoria, Charlotte, Diane, John, Joanna, Bayley,Sibley,Finley and Jennifer. Thats 10 people!!! It was so fun that my mom forgot about all of our schoolwork!!

The Mixed-up Files of Mrs.Basil E. Frankweiler

This book is about two children, who run away from home to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. They pack their instrument cases with clothes, tooth brushes and whatever else they might need to survive the run away. While their at the museum they see a statue and feel as if they have to find out who made it. So they think while they sleep on an old bed. Read this book if you want to find out what happens.

Vegetarian

You don’t eat your pet dog, cat or hamster. So why do you eat chicken and cow, and pigs? Is there a difference between the two? I went vegetarian during the 2009 Spring. I saw a video of how these animals that people eat get treated. A hen only got like a 6x7 inch crate to lay their eggs. And the animals get sick they still sell the meat. You think its protein, we think it’s a pile of yuck. Don’t be a fool and still eat meat. It’s not good for you. Maybe a doctor is telling you to eat lots of protein from animals, rice has 6 or 7 grams of protein per serving and peanut butter has 8 grams of protein in 2 tablespoons. I say, “ Order up!"

I have no ideas about what to write. So I'm just going to say this, Mom, None of your ideas about what to write about were good. ( No offence)

Florida Vacation

We just got back from Florida yesterday. My family stayed in my grandma's apartment. It was so close to the beach! I brought back a lot of shells that I collected so if you see me I'll show them to you. We went to the pool in the back of the building every single day! The pool was shaped like a whale. The restaurants that we went to were, a vegetarian restaurant called Restaurant, a hummus place called Hummus and a pizza/gelato place. (We went to the pizza/gelato place twice!) I had a great time in Florida!

The Duck and the Lemonade Stand

Another recommendation for YouTube if you are willing. Go on YouTube and type in The Duck Song. The one that you're looking for should look like it was drawn like a kid did it. ( A kid acutely did do it.) Here is a picture if you don't know what I'm talking about. Now hurry along to YouTube!!!!!
